I’m 73 now. I live alone in the middle of no where. I read the news about a young boy
that died in the garage from cold. this drives me nuts, my husband would lock me in
the garage after our young daughter went to bed. so the memories start up again.
help them go away , all the bad memories locked inside my head. empty it i need space
so many people just make a matinee out of me. oh this is so interesting ! but its not
its insomia, its anxiety, its fear, sadness ,its social withdrawal , its not life.
Healing isn’t a one and done. As things come up, sometimes we are at a loss for how to process the cruelty endured years ago and need to reach out. Domestic violence agencies don’t put a time limit on counseling and are there to help at no charge. You deserve a life of peace.
